Privacy policy

1. The personal data delivered by the User will be registered in the automated file called CAMPUSEROS, registered at the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (Registro General de la Agencia de Protección de Datos), the entitled being FUTURA NETWORKS, S.L. with address in Madrid, Aduana 33-4 in Spain, with fiscal number CIF nº B-82511775 and registered at the Commercial Registry of Madrid at T-14898, F-158, H-M247920.

2. The purpose for storing the personal data is to commercialize products and services as well as maintain and manage the contractual and administrative relationship between FUTURA NETWORKS S.L. and the User in order to adapt our services to individual characteristics. Data processing may include sending communications (via e-mail or SMS) for the purposes set forth herein.

3. In performance of the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, December 13, of Personal Data Protection and its development laws, the personal information that you provide will be treated confidentially and with the right security measures to guarantee its privacy. FUTURA NETWORKS, S.L. informs the User that it has adopted the technical and organizational measures to assure data security according to Royal Decree 1720/2007, December 21.

The User expressly allows the communication of personal data to the following companies of the FUTURA NETWORKS group for the purposes described earlier: FUTURA INTERACTIVA, S.L. and ASOCIACIÓN E3 FUTURA, domiciled in Spain, FUTURA NETWORKS DO BRASIL CONSULTORIA LTDA and the INSTITUTO CAMPUS PARTY domiciled in Brazil, to FUTURA NETWORKS DE COLOMBIA S.A.S and CORPORACIÓN E3 FUTURA COLOMBIA domiciled in Colombia, to FUTURA NETWORKS DE MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V, and to the ASOCIACION E3F REDES A.C. domiciled in Mexico, to FUTURA NETWORKS OF USA INC domiciled in the USA, and to CAMPUS FUTURA DEL PERU SAC and ASOCIACION E3 FUTURA DEL PERU domiciled in Peru, for the performance of the mentioned purposes, providing the appropriate consent for the mentioned international transfers even if these countries do not provide a level of safety comparable to the Spanish regulation.

5. FUTURA NETWORKS, S.L. informs the User that it may provide personal data to courts or administrative authorities in case they request this information.

6. FUTURA NETWORKS, S.L. reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to new laws and regulations, relevant codes, or for corporate strategic decisions.

7. The User is entitled to exercise his/her access, rectification, cancelation, and opposition rights. In addition, the User is entitled to request a non retroactive revocation of his/her consent for the use of his/her personal data. 8. The User, when clicking the "I accept" option, states that he/she has read and understood this privacy policy, accepting in full the content of it. In addition, the User, by registering and accessing this website, declares to have read and accepted the privacy policy expressly included within this clause and gives clear and explicit consent for the registration and use of his/her personal data in accordance with the purposes and services that constitute the offer of this website, all according to what has been set forth under the previous numbers of this clause.
