For all the workshops there is no registration process necessary. Just come in advance to the space, before the workshop you want to take part starts.
Campus Party Europe in Berlin has two dedicated areas for you to get your hands dirty. Each area has work tables, materials, technical equipment, and most importantly, the top experts available to work one-on-one with you. Think Big Workshop- App your idea
Think Big teams of young people in the age of 18-25 years of five European countries can apply with an idea for a mobile app that is intended to solve a social or environmental challenge. The best teams are invited to the Think Big App Workshop on Campus Party which takes place 24th and 25th of August.
During the 48-hour workshop teams will get insights into the process of app development - starting with an idea and ending up with a prototype. The workshop comprises 5 interactive stations - idea generation, concept & usability, design, programming and pitching - each station comprising inspiring speeches, reality checks and praxis-oriented feedback session.
The end of the 48h “Appathon” will be formed by a public pitch, with all teams presenting their concept and prototype to a jury. The best concept wins a professional programming of the app and support in promoting it.

To supervise and guide those young people we need a Campusero community of professionals – YOU! Each team will need the support of two Campuseros supporting with specific design and programming know-how each of the two days.

YOUR IDEA. YOUR APP. YOUR PARTY – Microsoft Coding Space
Join us August 21 through August 26 at the Microsoft Coding Space in front of the Pythagoras Developers Stage to build your own Windows 8 Apps, meet our experts and learn new skills.
Bring your laptop and your ideas – we’ll get you started: our daily training schedule starts with introductory sessions in the morning and continues with deep dive sessions in the afternoon, where you will learn the ins and outs of app development with C# and XAML as well as JavaScript and HTML5.
